India Creative Copywriter

Specialized in digital and social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WeChat…) KRDS is a leading independent marketing agency. With a global presence in Europe, Middle East and Asia, we design and implement communication strategies for our customers on all social media platforms.

So far, KRDS has completed over 800+ campaigns in 15 countries, on behalf of 250+ clients, which include Peugeot, Danone, LVMH, Unilever, Nestlé and L’Oréal.

As we are growing and expanding our activities, we are currently recruiting a Creative Copywriter to reinforce our team. This role will be based in Chennai.

Your responsibilities

  • Create and revise innovative and imaginative copies according to creative briefs
    and deadlines.
  • Think strategically about all Marketing materials and channels while applying diverse writing skills.
  • Manage, write and edit new business proposals and the Company’s self-promotion pieces.
  • Proactively “pitch” work internally and externally in a clear and professional manner.
  • Understand and satisfy budget restraints during the development phase of creative ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant Account Teams to ensure effective communication and management of teams’ expectations.
  • Help conceptualize visual elements and user interface designs.
  • Work with Account Teams to understand the Clients’ brands and manage projects in a way that will support maximum delivery of the brand.
  • Submit all expense claims and Timesheets in a timely and accurate manner.

Your profile

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in one of the following areas: Multimedia, Advertising Agency, Creative, Design shop, Journalism, or Entertainment or demonstrated talent and understanding of Copywriting.
  • Previous exposure to digital social marketing with an experience creating contents/campaigns.
  • Professional writing experience crafting high-quality copy within a creative or agency environment.
  • Interest in new platforms, good understanding and passion for social media and broader digital communications.
  • Good understanding of information content development, browser capabilities,
  • and technological constraints on the Web.
  • Language skills: Strong English abilities will be required.
  • Innovative and Conceptual thinking
