Hong Kong ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are now looking for a vibrant and proactive Account Manager to join our international team in Hong Kong. It is a great opportunity to make a mark in a growing agency as you will be working on various exciting projects with notable clients across all marketing channels, including social media, websites, mini-programmes, and other relative channels. The main goal of this role is to work with international brands on the Greater China market, and vice versa, creating a synergy between all the offices of KRDS group.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage digitally-driven marketing campaigns in all aspects, including pre-sales proposals to post-sales account management
  • Drive the day-to-day communication and work cross-functionally with brands and internal teams and ensure campaign success on time and on budget
  • Translate the client’s visions and needs into business requirements, coordinate with project teams on required deliverables, and manage client expectations
  • Establish and expand relationships with key accounts
  • Excellent “eye” for creative output, recognising strong social executions and creative work, and when work could be improved
  • Anticipate, proactively address and advise management on handling accounts and refining internal operation
  • Act as a brand guardian and digital advisor, and be able to educate clients and internal team on marketing and industry trends and developments
  • Balance business and marketing requirements, assist to refine internal systems and processes to improve performance
  • Assist and coordinate Chinese admin-related work

Your profile

  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, both verbal and written
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in digital/social media marketing or other agency environments
  • Familiarity with key digital media channels — WeChat, Weibo, Channels, Baidu, Douyin, Kuaishou, etc.
  • Experience developing digital strategies and creative content for brands with strong attention to detail
  • Previously successful at managing accounts and campaigns
  • A holistic understanding of digital and social media channels and the wider customer journey
