Concept

A touch-free smile-detection experience installed at numerous locations in Singapore including restaurants, hospitals, art galleries, banks, theme parks and night clubs that allows users to simply smile at the camera to rate a merchant’s service. The bigger the smile, the higher the service rating. An integrated Digital activation, allowed users to rate the merchant’s service through the application by simply smiling. A multi-device website was also developed that showcased the smiles in real time.
