Brief
The Concierge App is divided into 4 parts. First is assists shoppers in getting to a specific store by showing them a virtual map of the current location and store. It assists tourists with tourism information like the attractions in Singapore, The app also helps shoppers with bus and mrt routes to get to their next location. Apart from this the app also displays ongoing mall promotions and vouchers along with helping shoppers get a taxi.
Concept
The concept of the Concierge App is a native and internal application for staff at the ION Orchard Concierge to assist shoppers with their concerns and answer their queries.
